This service is provided by Lead Social Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 12056721), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for claims management activities (FRN: 951156). PandaPCP is a trading style of Lead Social Ltd.

2. Our service

• We help you check whether a past car finance agreement may have been mis-sold and, where appropriate, refer your claim to partner solicitors or claims firms.
• We do not provide legal advice. Any claim is assessed and progressed by regulated third parties to whom we may refer you.
• Using our service does not guarantee that you have a valid claim, nor a faster or better outcome.

3. Your alternatives

You do not have to use our service. You can pursue a car finance complaint yourself, free of charge, directly with your lender, through the Financial Ombudsman Service, or via any redress scheme introduced by the Financial Conduct Authority.

4. Fees

• There is no charge for checking your agreement with us.
• Where your claim is referred to a partner firm, any success fee will be explained to you in advance, before you proceed, by that firm.
• We will receive a referral fee from third parties for any successful claims we refer to them. This is paid directly to us at no cost to you.

5. Your responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and entitled to make the enquiry you submit.
• You must not use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

6. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party websites and tools, including the online claim-checking funnel, to allow you to start a claim enquiry. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites operated by others, although our partner services are operated under the same Lead Social Ltd regulatory permissions where stated.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding on this website are owned by or licensed to Lead Social Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

8. Liability

We provide this website and the checking service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or from decisions taken based on information provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
